The trip abroad takes place in the 3rd, 4th and 5th year. To take the trip in the 3rd year, the student must have obtained all teaching units for the first two years. The study report must then be presented in college. In the 5th year, the dissertation and the presentation of the End-of-Course project (PFE) are not part of the exchange. Students who wish to make a trip are selected by a commission composed of teachers responsible for international relations and teachers from the second-year workshop. On their return, students give a presentation to these teachers on the work they have carried out.
- In their 3rd year, students must obtain 56 credits, in the 4th year, 60 and in the 5th year, 33 credits (the dissertation earns 8 credits and the defence of the senior project, 11 credits). The exchange is for a period of one year or one semester.
